The present invention relates to a blind device to operate odd lines and even lines of multiple shield wings to be overlapped by being formed with a simple structure which applies to a driving mode using one driving shaft and a string member and improves the structure so elevating and inclination angle control operations of the shield wings are sequentially executed with a phased pulling operation of the string member. The blind device according to the present invention comprises: a driving shaft which is arranged inside a case and is normally and reversely rotated by the operation of the string member of a user; a cylindrical drum which is fitted into the driving shaft and is interconnected and rotated when the driving shaft is rotated; a wiring drum which is combined to the inner side of the cylindrical drum with a screw thread and is moved in a longitudinal direction in the case when the cylindrical drum is rotated; a center string to raise and lower the shield wings wherein multiple lines are arranged on the lower side of the case from the top to the bottom while being wound around the outer circumference surface of the wiring drum when the wiring drum is rotated; a first clip member which is elastically combined to the outer circumference surface of the wiring drum of which first and second control strings are connected to both ends; a second member which is elastically connected to the circumference surface of the wiring drum of which third and fourth control strings are connected to both ends; an interlocking unit to operate the shield wings by a rotary angle of the first and second clip members for the wiring drum; a guide member including a stopper piece to guide the longitudinal movement of the wiring drum while restricting the normal direction rotary angle of the first clip member; and a holding bracket which is fixated on the bottom of the case, holds the cylindrical drum and the guide member, and guides the first to fourth control strings and the center string.
