Disclosed are a composition for a heater containing SiC particles, electrically conductive components of graphene, and a heater thereof. The composition for a heater may include: pulverized material or power of SiC; pulverized material or powder of graphene which is electrically conductive; and a synthesized binder. By inducing the composition, which is electrically conductive, to a paste, uniform degree of conductivity by partial cross-linkage from the electrically conductive component can be secured even when the density is not high due to the sintering of the SiC after a thermal treatment for manufacturing a heater. Therefore, the manufacturing process is simplified even if the SiC is not sintered at a high temperature. |
