PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which suppresses the wetting and soiling of a body surface when urine or feces move to an upper side of the absorbent article and can prevent the leakage of the urine or the feces to the outside.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes: a sheet-like leak preventing body which has a bottom surface part 12 and a pair of side parts 14 that rise upward from both right and left sides of the bottom surface part and extend inward and forms an inner space by the bottom surface part and the pair of the side parts; at least one layer of an absorber 20 which is arranged in the inner space, contains a superabsorbent polymer, and can absorb body fluids; and a liquid mobile structure which enables the movement of the body fluids from an upper side of an upper edge part that is a part extended to the inside of the side part to the inner space. |
