A measurement apparatus and method for a ripple current. The apparatus comprises: a sampling module configured to sample a mixing ripple current of a device to be measured to obtain a current signal, wherein the mixing ripple current refers to a ripple current containing various frequencies; a frequency decomposition module configured to decompose the current signal into a first current sub-signal belonging to a first frequency band and a second current sub-signal belonging to a second frequency band, wherein the value domain of the first frequency band is less than that of the second frequency band; and a processing module configured to correct the first current sub-signal according to a frequency correction factor of the first frequency band and correct the second current sub-signal according to a frequency correction factor of the second frequency band, and synthetize an equivalent ripple current of the device to be measured according to the corrected first current sub-signal and second current sub-signal. |
