[Problem] To provide a device for removing salts such as potassium from a food while retaining the texture and flavor of the food as such, and a method therefor. [Solution] A food, in which the potassium content is at least halved while retaining the taste thereof, can be manufactured by electrifying the food at an electrification density of 1-16 mA/cm2 while maintaining the food temperature and solvent temperature to 0-15°C with the use of a cooling unit. |
