Disclosed are a springboard processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: configuring springboards, wherein multiple levels of springboards exist between a network manager and a network element; and conducting level-by-level login between the multiple levels of springboards until the network element is logged in. The present invention solves the problems in the prior art that since springboards are used based on a task level, the occupation of the physical connection of a springboard node device is relatively high, and the expandability is poor, so that the flexible configuration of the springboards is achieved, thereby improving the user experience. |
