A method and device for accessing a router. The method comprises: receiving a request message sent by a terminal device for accessing a router, the request message including a URL of the router to be accessed; parsing identification information of the router and a preset operation instruction from the URL, and authenticating the terminal device according to the identification information; and, if the terminal device passes the authentication, setting the state of the terminal device into a login state, and performing a relevant operation according to the operation instruction, and sending an operation result to the terminal device. With the technical solution, a user can still log in a management console of the router successfully without knowing the password of the router. |
