An electric pitcher; a liquid to be heated is divided into two parts and is respectively contained in a first heating cavity (1) and a second heating cavity (2); a controller (7) first controls a first heater (3) to heat the liquid in the first heating cavity (1); after the heating is completed, the controller (7) activates a flow guide (6) so the heated liquid flows from the first heating cavity (1) into the second heating cavity (2) and mixes with the liquid to be heated in the second heating cavity; the controller (7) then controls a second heater (4) to heat the mixed liquid in the second heating cavity (2). Using the stepwise heating method to heat a liquid reduces overall heating energy consumption, thus meeting the requirement for energy conservation. |
