PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a semiconductor device.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes a driving circuit part and a display part (referred to as a pixel part) on the same substrate. The driving circuit part and the display part include a thin film transistor in which a semiconductor layer is formed by an oxide semiconductor, first wiring, and second wiring. The thin film transistor includes a source electrode layer or a drain electrode layer. In the thin film transistor of the driving circuit part, the semiconductor layer is sandwiched by a gate electrode layer and a conductive layer. The first wiring and second wiring are electrically connected through an oxide conductive layer in an opening provided at a gate insulation film. |
