PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-heating cooker capable of cooking delicious food in a time saving manner without troubling a user.SOLUTION: A pressure-heating cooker includes: a lid 10 for opening/closing an opening of a main body 1; a pot-shaped container 5 housed inside the main body 1; heating means; pressure adjusting means for adjusting a pressure inside the pot-shaped container 5; an operation part capable of instructing at least one or more of pressure intensity levels, a heating time, kinds of food materials, a cooking method, and an automatic cooking menu; and control means 8 which executes a cooking process according to the content of the instruction received from the operation part. The control means 8 has: a first heating process in which the inside of the pot-shaped container 5 is heated at a first pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure; a second heating process which is performed after the first heating process, and in which the inside of the pot-shaped container 5 is heated at a second pressure lower than the first pressure; and a third heating process which is performed after the second heating process and in which the inside of the pot-shaped container 5 is heated at a third pressure higher than the second pressure. In the first heating process, during a predetermined time t1, at least one of the heating means and the pressure adjusting means is controlled to keep the first pressure. |
