PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of generating a signal (potential signal or current signal) suitable for a use environment or an application.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: a first memory circuit; a first circuit; and a second memory circuit. The first circuit converts a digital signal input from the first memory circuit into an analog signal. The first memory circuit has: an input node; an output node; a transistor; and a capacitive element. The capacitive element is electrically connected to the output node, and the transistor is able to control a conductive state between the input node and the output node, and the analog signal is input from the first circuit to the input node, and the transistor has an oxide semiconductor layer including an area in which a channel is formed.
