PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device including means for normally operating even a digital circuit employing a single-polarity transistor by preventing an amplitude of an output signal from being reduced.SOLUTION: By turning off a diode-connected transistor 101, a gate of a transistor 102 is brought into a floating state. At such a time, the transistor 102 is in an ON state and a potential difference is being generated between a gate and a source of the transistor 102. Since the transistor 102 is in the ON state, a potential in the source of the transistor 102 is raised but a potential between the gate and the source is held by a capacitive element 104 between the gate and the source of the transistor 102. Since the gate of the transistor 102 is in the floating state, the potential in the gate of the transistor 102 is also raised by capacitance coupling effects. |
