<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickupless-type image forming apparatus capable of suppressing the occurrence of nonfeeding of an elastic recording sheet while suppressing the formation of a fold in a less elastic recording sheet.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes a deflection imparting part 127b that deflects a recording sheet S before an entry into a separation nip by abutment between a feed roller and a separation roller by its own contact so that wrinkles extended along a carrying direction (an arrow direction in Fig.) can appear in the recording sheet S. A tip part, which is brought into contact with the recording sheet S, of the deflection imparting part 127b is made of a flexible member.</p> |
