temporarily connecting at least one memory die directly to a memory test system for data communication between the memory test system and the memory die; testing the memory die through the data connection using the memory test system; subsequent to testing the memory die, loading a predetermined set of content from the memory test system into the memory die using the data communication connection to produce a pre-programmed memory die; and packaging the memory die for subsequent incorporation into a memory product.
