摘要 A grouped holes verticality detection system based on visual measurement, comprising: an industrial camera (5), a reference positioning device (1), a cold light source (4) and a computer (6); an item to be tested (3) has two mutually parallel reference planes (2); grouped holes (21-28) are uniformly arranged penetrating between the two reference planes (2); the industrial camera (5) directly faces the reference planes (2), and acquires clear images of the grouped holes (21-28) on two sides under the illumination of the cold light source (4); the reference positioning device (1) is mounted on the reference planes (2); the computer (6) calibrates the images of the grouped holes (21-28) via the reference positioning device (1), and calculates the coordinate data of two sets of grouped holes (21-28) based on the images, thus obtaining the verticality of the grouped holes (21-28) according to the two sets of coordinate data. The system has a simple structure, high efficiency with little error, and is easy to operate. Also provided is a grouped holes verticality detection method based on visual measurement.
