Provided are an active noise control device, program, and range hood device with which it is possible to suppress the degradation of sound-deadening characteristics due to dip bandwidths of a transfer function occurring due to resonance in a space. A reference microphone (111) collects noise in a sound-deadening space (21b) in which sound deadening is to be performed. A speaker (113) receives a cancellation signal and outputs a cancellation sound for cancelling noise, the cancellation sound being outputted from a front surface to the sound-deadening space (21b). An error microphone (112) collects a synthetic sound formed by synthesizing the noise of the sound-deadening space (21b) and the cancellation sound. A signal processing device (127) outputs the cancellation signal. A first acoustic transmission unit (41) transmits the antiphase wave of the cancellation sound, which is outputted from a rear surface of the speaker (113), from a rear air chamber (310) to the sound-deadening space (21b).
