Disclosed is a vessel having a separable helideck. The vessel having a separable helideck comprises: a helideck structure having a landing surface for taking-off and landing of a helicopter; and a skid structure including a sliding beam coupled to the helideck structure and a sliding pad coupled to a deck house of the vessel. As the sliding beam is slid from the sliding pad, the helideck structure can be separated from the vessel.
