Provided is a signal transfer circuit which comprises: a signal input portion for generating an input signal corresponding to a first voltage level and a second voltage level; a transfer control portion for controlling a driving route of a transfer node in response to a control signal, selectively pull down driving the transfer node in accordance with the input signal at the second voltage level or pull up driving the same at a third voltage level higher than the first voltage level; and an output control portion for driving an output node in accordance with a level of the transfer node in response to the control signal, or outputting a previous voltage level. The signal transfer circuit of the present invention can reduce a current consumption caused by a signal transfer process as converting a signal applied at a full swing level into a small swing level, transferring the same through a long-wired signal transfer line, converting the delivered signal into the full swing level again, and outputting the same. |
