PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium access method for multi-user transmission.SOLUTION: A medium access method for multi-user transmission includes: a step of selecting a plurality of destination devices; a step including a step of starting an exchange with at least one of the plurality of destination devices and transmitting a message to at least one of the plurality of destination devices; and a step of choosing whether to perform multi-user, multi-input and multi-output (MU-MIMO) radio data transmission to at least some of the plurality of destination devices or make an entry into backoff time, on the basis of the result of the exchange.
