PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical robot which is considered to sufficiently obtain the operation area of a manipulator and can be applied to even a medical operation by an SPS.SOLUTION: A medical robot 1 comprises: an arcuate guide rail 11 provided in a horizontal plane; two arcuate guide rails 13 which are provided in a vertical plane and are movable along the guide rail 11 in the horizontal plane; two robot arms 20 movable along the respective guide rails 13 in the vertical plane; and two forceps manipulators 30 held by the respective robot arms 20. The two forceps manipulators 30 cross each other at a pivot point 40 that is the center of a virtual sphere defined by the arcs of the guide rails 11 and 13 in the horizontal plane and the vertical plane. |
