Provided are a touchscreen-based operation processing method and device. The method comprises: detecting that a touchscreen of a mobile terminal is in a lightened state (S102); judging whether a plurality of contacts preset on the mobile terminal are all in a touched state (S104); and if a judgement result is no, refusing an operation conducted on the touchscreen (S106). The method and device solve the problem that a mobile terminal using a touchscreen may generate a false touch, thereby avoiding false triggering of some applications in the absence of user intention, so that the power consumption and traffic consumption are reduced, and the user experience is improved. |
