PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine air bubble generator for generating fine air bubbles on a plurality of treating faces in a plurality of treating parts arranged to approach-leave each other and made relatively rotatable such that at least one may rotate relative to the other, a fine air bubble generating method, and a gas-liquid reaction method using the fine bubble generating method.SOLUTION: A fine air bubble generator comprises: a plurality of processing parts 10 and 20 arranged oppositely in manners capable of approaching/leaving each other and made rotatable relative to each other; processing faces 1 and 2 positioned to confront each other at each of the processing parts 10 and 20; and at least two independent passages d1 and d2 communicating between the processing faces 1 and 2. Flowing media or a liquid and a gas are introduced from at least two independent passages d1 and d2 to between processing faces 1 and 2 thereby to perform a liquid treatment. The liquid is introduced from one d1 of the at least two independent passages d1 and d2, and the gas is introduced from the other passage d2 so that air bubbles are produced between the processing faces 1 and 2. |
