In a system according to an embodiment of the present invention, when a server receives patient identification information and examination data from an ophthalmic examination device, the medical facility terminal corresponding to this patient identification information is identified among multiple medical facility terminals, and the received patient identification information and examination data are transmitted to the identified medical facility terminal. Furthermore, when the serve receives patient identification information and a report based on the medical data from a medical facility terminal, the server stores at least a portion of this report in a patient information storage region associated with this patient identification information, and transmits at least a portion of this report to a patient-side terminal corresponding to this patient identification information. |
