A loading system for an LNG storage tank and a loading method for an LNG storage tank are disclosed. According to the present invention, the loading system for an LNG storage tank comprises: an emergency pump column provided for the LNG storage tank to be provided for an installation space of an emergency pump; a branch line unit branched from an LNG loading line to introduce an LNG to the emergency pump column; and a branched loading unit provided for the emergency pump column to discharge the LNG introduced to the emergency pump column to the LNG storage tank.
