Disclosed are a cement composition having self-exothermic slag, a cold weather concrete composition having the same, and a method for constructing a structure using the same. The cement composition may include: self-exothermic slag containing C_3A(3CaO·Al_2O_3) as the main mineral, and at least 20 wt% of Al_2O_3; cement; and gypsum.
