PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which achieves downsizing while securing necessary characteristics.SOLUTION: An antenna part 10 which performs one of transmission and reception of data and includes: a resin substrate 21 in which protruding parts 31 and recessed parts 32 are parallely formed adjacent to each other on an upper surface; and an antenna conductor 22 which is formed in a continuous manner while meandering in one direction along top parts of the protruding parts 31 and bottom parts of the recessed parts 32.
