A computer-implemented method for determining actual pricing data for rental properties is described. The method is implemented using a computing device having a processor communicatively coupled to a memory. The method includes receiving rental transaction data from a payment system, wherein the rental transaction data includes a plurality of payment transactions, generating a one or more rental data sets, where each rental data set includes a rent amount paid, a rental location identifier, a payor identifier, and a landlord identifier, generating a list of rental properties based on the rental location identifiers from the one or more rental data sets, determining the rent amounts paid for each rental property from the one or more rental data sets, and generating a rental report based on the list of rental properties and the determined rent amount paid for each rental property. |
