<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly perform import of setting values, while considering security rules, to reduce the time and effort for management.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 101 includes an import part 303 that determines, when the setting value of the object of import corresponds to a device setting, if the setting value satisfies a security rule, and when determined that the setting value satisfies the security rule, performs processing of importing the setting value, and when determined that the setting does not satisfy the security rule, does not perform the processing of importing the setting value. When the setting value of the object of import corresponds to an individual setting, the import part 303 controls to perform the processing of importing the setting value independent of the security rule.</p> |
