1. A plurality of articles of footwear, comprising:
a first article of footwear having a first upper and a first sole assembly, wherein the first sole assembly has a first sole exterior appearance; a second article of footwear having a second upper and a second sole assembly, wherein the second sole assembly has a second sole exterior appearance; wherein the first article of footwear and the second article of footwear have substantially identical footwear sizes; wherein the first sole exterior appearance of the first sole assembly is substantially identical to the second sole exterior appearance of the second sole assembly; and wherein the first sole assembly is different from the second sole assembly.
