<p>A device (1) for freeze or cryogenic temperature substitution, comprising a holder (3) for arrangement of a sample carrier (5) for a biological sample, the holder (3) being adapted to be inserted in a cooling chamber (4)and a shaker (8) for shaking the sample carrier (5), wherein the shaker (8) comprises a magnetic element (9) for an arrangement externally of the cooling chamber (4) and a magnetic element (10) on the sample carrier (5) for an arrangement inside the cooling chamber (4), the magnetic element (9) externally of the cooling chamber (4) being adapted to interact with the magnetic element (10) inside the cooling chamber (4) so as to set the sample carrier (5)in a shaking motion.</p> |
