According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a display device. The display device comprises: a display panel including a plurality of gate lines formed on a substrate, a plurality of data lines intersected with the gate lines, and a plurality of pixels connected to each of the gate lines and the data lines; a data driving portion which outputs a data signal through a plurality of channel terminals; and a line selection portion which applies the data signal to a data line block which is composed of the data lines. The line selection portion includes a plurality of thin film transistors. Two or more thin film transistors among the thin film transistors have different sizes.
