An electronic circuit device according to the embodiments of the present inventions includes: an amplifier circuit which includes a transistor which has one of a control terminal and current I/O terminals which is AC-grounded, and is formed on a first substrate; and a high frequency grounding structure which connects the AC grounded terminal of the transistor and a DC voltage terminal formed on a second substrate using a DC voltage terminal bonding and a micro strip line. The extension length of the micro strip line is determined by the equivalence inductance of the bonding wire.
