Provided are a system and a method to control balance and salvage of a ship. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a control unit collecting status information for a ship and analyzing the collected status information to generate rocket control information when an error occurs in a ship; and a plurality of rocket salvage units individually having at least one rocket projectile to be arranged on both side ends of the ship, receiving the rocket control information, launching the rocket projectile with thrust in correspondence to the received rocket control information, and restoring balance of the ship and towing the ship by transmitting thrust of the rocket projectile to the ship. |
