Disclosed are a strip and a method for a urine test based on an application. The strip for a urine test according to the present invention includes: an reagent pad which has a color capable of being changed by urine and indicates a certain disease based on a changed color; and a colorimetric table which is arranged close to the reagent pad and comprises multiple colors to identify a certain disease. According to the present invention, a patient or a common person can perform a urine test in an easy manner by using a terminal capable of running the application without purchasing an additional device and can quickly check an accurate result of the urine test regardless of lighting in a surrounding environment.
