The present invention relates to a device for casing an electronic component, wherein relatively large electronic components such as SSDs are cased. The device for casing an electronic component according to the present invention comprises: a component moving part having a circulating boat for circulating along a circulation path including various work positions; an electronic component loading part for loading an electronic component on the circulating boat; a case loading part for loading an upper case and a lower case on the circulating boat; and a case combining part for loading the upper case and the lower case face-to-face on the circulating boat, and combining the upper case with the lower case as the electronic component has been accommodated between the upper case and the lower case. According to the present invention, productivity is improved by reducing the work force and time via an automated process, workability and the design of the device are excellent as each work can be conducted separately at each separated work position, thus, there is not interference among each work. |
