<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispensing processor with a convenient constitution including a display unit, and also to provide a management system including the processor. <P>SOLUTION: In a dispenser 3 (the game medium dispensing processor), a reception means such as a card processing part 29 or a control part 40 receives the operation of a player, and the control part 40 specifies the display setting of a display operation part 25 (the display unit), based on the operation received by the reception means. In the dispenser 3, the control part 40 changes over a display mode in the display operation part 25 on the basis of the predetermined display setting.
