<p>The turbine has a rotor supporting multiple blades (4) that are rotatably mounted around an alignment axis parallel to the rotor. The blades are associated with a guiding cam describing a circumferential path around the rotor and co-acting with an actuating unit of the blades so as to allow rotation of the blades around the alignment axis depending on the cam path relative to a circular path around the alignment axis. The actuating unit is designed as a lever arm and disengaged from the guiding cam for rotation of the blades and inhibition of the turbine.</p> |
