The feedthrough conductor comprises a metallic electrode (2) in the region of the passage through an opening (3) in the component housing (4). A bead (5) is arranged between the sealing material (6) and the electrode (2) to pressurize sealing material so that a hermetic seal between the electrode surface and sealing material and the sealing material and wall of the housing opening is achieved. The adhesive material (7) is provided for sealing the feedthrough conductor on the outer side of the electronic component.
