According to an embodiment of the present invention, a memory controller comprises: a duty ratio controlling circuit which corresponds to a clock signal for strobing data and produces controlled clock signals having mutually different duty ratios; and a selection circuit which corresponds to selection signals and outputs any one among the clock signal and the controlled clock signals to a memory device as an output clock signal.
