The present invention relates to a dental cement composition and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, a method comprises: a step of preparing a first composition particle consisting of tricalcium silicate (3CaO·SiO_2, C_3S); a step of preparing a second composition particle consisting of dicalcium silicate (2CaO·SiO_2, beta-C_2S); a step of preparing a third composition particle consisting of tricalcium aluminate (3CaO·Al_2O_3, C_3A); and a step of preparing a dental cement composition by mixing the first composition particle, the second composition particle and the third composition particle respectively weighed and prepared.
