The present invention relates to an apparatus for uniformly supplying sludge, which firstly dehydrates sludge generated in a wastewater treatment plant or waste water treatment plant and feeds the sludge of a cake state firstly dehydrated with a second dehydrator or drying device having various configurations. More particularly, a sludge uniform feeding apparatus can improve dehydrating or drying efficiency by supplying continuously the sludge in a uniform thickness with a method for crushing the fed sludge by a rotating blade. That is, the present invention relates to an apparatus for uniformly feeding sludge that is integrally installed on a dehydrator/dryer or is installed above a supplying conveyor installed to be connected thereto. The apparatus comprises: a support disposed at the left and right sides of the supplying conveyor; a pair of guide rods installed on the support in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the supporting conveyor; a moving body reciprocating laterally along the guide rods; a pulverizing container installed below the moving body in a state separated from the supplying conveyor and opened toward the supplying conveyor; a drive motor including a reduction gear installed on the moving body; a rotating body having a blade installed inside the pulverizing container so as to be driven by the drive motor; a moving hole installed on the moving body so as to be coupled to a cylindrical cam installed on the support to be parallel to the guide rods, and to a screw-shaped cam groove formed in the cylindrical cam; a cylindrical cam drive motor including a decelerator installed on the support so as to drive the cylindrical cam; and a supplying hose coupled to the pulverizing container and formed of a flexible material for supplying sludge. |
