The present invention relates to a reverse gear device for a two-wheeled vehicle and, more specifically, relates to a reverse gear device for a two-wheeled vehicle capable of easily performing backward driving without requiring too much power for backward driving of a passenger. The present invention comprises: a power transmission disc (10) connected to a rear wheel to be engaged with the same by an axle, having a driven gear (11) on an outer circumference; a mounting bracket (20) connected to the vehicle frame (1); a driving gear (31) connected to a driven gear (11); a driving motor (30) installed in the mounting bracket (20) to be able to move to a right and a left in order for the driving gear (31) to be connected to the driven gear (11) or separated from the driven gear (11); and a clutch control unit (40) moving the driving motor (30).
