The present invention relates to a device for connecting a design enclosure column and a fence. More specifically, the present invention freely controls a rotation angle of a fence connected to a column. According to the present invention, the present invention has a square shape and enables a lower side of the enclosure column (10) to be fixated to an inner diameter to be connected. The present invention comprises: the enclosure column (10) forming a thin profile (14) on a front surface and the rear surface; a side hinge (21) fixating a floor member (24) with a fixing bolt (27); a column connection device (20) composed of a floor cap (30) forming an obscuring protrusion unit (32); a rotation guide ball (43) where an elastic cutting groove (45) is formed in a reference shaft (44); and a fence connection device (40) composed of fence connection rods (50). |
