摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing mixed powder. The method of the present invention ensures to obtain mixed powder in a state of being uniformly mixed by simultaneously producing and mixing nanoparticles and microparticles without a need of an additional mixing process. Also, the particle size distribution of the powder to be mixed can be diversely controlled, thereby being applicable for a powder injection molding in particular. Therefore, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing mixed powder, which comprises: a step for supplying current to at least one metal wire, and then exploding the same thereafter, thereby vaporizing some of the metal wire and forming droplets by melting some of the metal wire; and a step for performing solidification of the droplets and condensation of the vaporized metal gas at the same space, and then allowing the microparticles produced by solidification of the droplets and the nanoparticles produced by condensation of the metal gas to collide to each other, thereby producing a state of which the nanoparticles are attached onto a surface of the microparticles.
