The present invention relates to an ultrasonic handpiece capable of adjusting moving backward and forward and the height, which is quite convenient and allows a flexible procedure operation since horizontally and vertically moving a position of a focus of an ultrasonic vibrator is possible. The ultrasonic handpiece comprises: a main body having an opening portion; a vibrator backward and forward shuttle installed in the main body to be linearly and reciprocally moved; a vibrator lifting shuttle combined with the vibrator backward and forward shuttle to be lifted; an ultrasonic vibrator installed in a vibrator fixing groove to make an oscillatory side having a groove of a concave lens shape face the opening portion of the main body, focusing ultrasonic waves on subcutaneous fat in a skin non-contact method, and degrading and dissolving the subcutaneous fat; a vibrator lifting element having a knob or a pressing portion exposed outside the main body, and lifting up or down the vibrator lifting shuttle where the ultrasonic vibrator is fixed by turning the knob exposed outside or pressing the pressing portion; a vibrator reciprocating transfer element installed in the main body, and linearly and reciprocally moving the vibrator backward and forward shuttle; and a control switch installed in the main body, and controlling the ultrasonic vibrator and the vibrator reciprocating transfer element. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an operator can easily remove the subcutaneous fat located in a peripheral area at a certain depth without frequently moving the ultrasonic handpiece as being able to horizontally move the location of a focus of an ultrasonic vibrator, and allows a quite convenient procedure and the flexible procedure operation as vertically moving the location of a focus of an ultrasonic vibrator is also possible though the depths where the subcutaneous fat is located are different per target of procedure. |
