The present invention relates to a manned charging system which enables an operator of a traffic card charging station to charge a traffic card by operating his or her smartphone, by providing a smartphone app capable of replacing a function of a manned charging machine. The present invention provides the manned charging system. According to the manned charging system, a traffic card charging app is installed in the smartphone, and a portable SAM board loaded with an SAM security module and the smartphone is manufactured. The smartphone charges the traffic card by a fixed amount of money by reading/writing a memory embedded in the traffic card by operating the smartphone under the execution of the SAM security module by communicating with the SAM board through wired/wireless communication. |
