<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the certainty of current interruption when abnormality occurs in an electric heater.SOLUTION: A hot water heating device 100 is mounted on a hybrid vehicle or an electric vehicle and heats hot water serving as a refrigerant. The hot water heating device 100 includes: a hot water tank 6 including a supply passage 6a to which the refrigerant is supplied and a discharge passage 6b from which the refrigerant is discharged; an electric heater 5d stored in the hot water tank 6; a supply line 12 which supplies electric current from a direct current power source 11 to the electric heater 5d; and a shunt line 30 and an electric power fuse 31 which have a bimetal switch 32 for detecting heat of the electric heater 5d and turn the supply line 12 into the interruption state when a temperature of the electric heater 5d reaches a setting temperature. The bimetal switch 32 contacts with the electric heater 5d at a position in the hot water tank 6 which is located closer to the supply passage 6a than to the discharge passage 6b.</p> |
