<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric slewing drive device capable of sufficiently cooling a motor unit and a drive unit by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The eccentric slewing drive device includes a casing 2, a structurally airtight can 5 provided in the casing 2, and a stator 4 arranged in a stator space 4A isolated by the can 5 in the casing 2. A cylindrical rotary shaft 9, which has a rotator 10 corresponding to the stator 4 and rotatably supported on a predetermined rotation axis O, and a pivot shaft 9a, which is arranged in such a manner as to be eccentric with respect to the rotation axis in the rotary shaft 9 and rotatably supported on a rotation axis parallel to the rotation axis, are provided in the can 5.
