<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an intermediate transfer belt using a semiconductive polyimide resin material in which carbon black is dispersed as a material to be used for the intermediate transfer belt, and using polyimide resin of which the variation of an electric resistance value is small in the belt, which is excellent in transferability, and in which transfer unevenness (void) is not generated in a toner image transferred to a printing sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing an intermediate transfer belt which is manufactured by using coating liquid having polyamide acid to be obtained by reacting tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and aromatic diamine, and carbon black, the coating liquid is prepared through a polymerization step of polymerizing tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and aromatic diamine to be made into polyamide acid, a dispersion step of dispersing and containing the polyamide acid and the carbon black to prepare dispersion liquid, and a water addition step of further adding water to the dispersion liquid obtained in the dispersion step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
