<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor structure on a floor slab of new building structures and renovation building structures of which vibration control performance, sound insulation performance and gait performance are enhanced by the low-rise and easy-to-assemble underfloor structure and of which robustness is enhanced even though a thickness of the floor slab is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: An underfloor structure 200 arranged between floor plates 101, 102 and a floor slab 300 includes a plurality of metal sleeper beams 210 or sub beams 220 that are extended between beams x at both sides of the floor slab 300, arranged parallel to each other, and place and support the floor plates 101, 102 via elastic buffers on a top surface. A first damper 500 having aπshaped pedestal placing and supporting a lower portion of the sleeper beams 210 is arranged at both sides of a longitudinal direction. A point filling vibration control portion 610 or a guide sponge is parallely arranged between an undersurface and the floor slab 300, and between them, a strip-shaped ceiling vibration control portion 620, or a reverseπshaped beam placing bearing which places and supports a central bottom portion of the longitudinal direction of a lower portion of the sleeper beams so as to place and support a horizontal arm on the floor slab, is arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
